According to research and from what I see daily in my clinic, hormonal level imbalances such as testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, etc. are the direct result of liver and kidney dysfunction.
One of the main jobs of the liver and kidneys is to safely break down hormones and to process them out of the body. If hormones cannot be broken down, they build up in the body, and can result in PCOS, endometriosis, low testosterone, painful menstrual cycles, fertility issues, etc.
What are the five things that can affect the health of the liver and kidneys?
- Processed foods
- Overuse of antibiotics and prescriptions
- Deficiency in vitamins and minerals…
All five items on the list are part of the American way of life. In other words, our lifestyles are contributing to the conditions that challenge our lifestyles.
Too much stress on the kidneys and liver makes it very hard for anyone to have normal hormone levels. And without normal hormone levels, you’ll struggle to maintain optimal health.
Your optimal health is my primary concern! I’d love to help you reach your goals!
