Brain Fog and Yeast and Sugars

Yeast overgrowth = brain fog. Yeast infections are so common in our culture due to the standard American diet, which consists mostly of sugar. Sugar feeds the growth, reproduction, and toxic output of yeast. Remember, sugar feeds bacteria, fungus, and parasites as well.
