FALL ASLEEP, STAY ASLEEP
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The pineal gland is Located in the middle of the brain. It is the responsible for producing melatonin-a hormone that regulates our sleep patterns.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Research is showing that essential fatty acid absorption may regulate the activity of the pineal gland, which would then regulate the production of melatonin.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Better melatonin absorption would improve going to sleep and staying asleep.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you are on melatonin and not sleeping, try adding EFA’s.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you are on both and they aren’t helping, I would suggest adding Phosphatidylcholine in to help absorption. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s all about the absorption! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is a combo I suggest for sleep. Give it a shot and see how you rest.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Omega Fatty Acids-1200 to 1500mg
2. Phosphatidylcholine: 600-700mg
3. Melatonin: 1-3mg ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
