ORGANS AND EMOTIONS
For example:
- Lung – Grief – 3-5am
- Colon – Control – 5-7am
- Stomach – Care – 7-9am
- Spleen – Pensiveness – 9-11am
- Heart – Love – 11-1pm
- Small Intestine – Vulnerability – 1-3pm
- Bladder – Stuck, Paralyzed Will – 3-5pm
- Kidney – Fear – 5-7pm
- Pericardium – Emotional Instability – 7-9pm
- Triple Warmer – Anxiety – 9-11pm
- Gall Bladder – Resentment – 11-1am
- Liver – Anger – 1-3am
When any one of these organ gets overworked by poor diet, high stress, chronic allergies, genetic mutations, alcohol, infections, etc., it weakens the organ.
A weak organ then cannot do it’s basic functions at 100%. As an organ fatigues from any of the above mentioned stresses, it makes it difficult to process the emotion connected with it and the emotion will BUILD UP in the organ.
Three things can occur from this, let’s use anger as an example:
- You can experience more anger when the liver is tired
- Any small amounts of anger can trigger an outburst
- You can ATTRACT more anger from other people 😳
As emotions build in an organ, physical symptoms can occur with that organ. For example, if grief builds in the lungs, it may make create coughing or even more crying. This is the organs way of trying to relieve pressure from the emotion.
How do organs store emotions? One thought to ponder – genetic weak points pass down from our ancestors. Weak points are weakened organ function. These genetic markers code for weak organs. If you receive a weak colon from your parents, you may not be able to CONTROL them because genetically you have weakened colon muscles.
Take a look at the list above and start making connections!
