THE INFORMATION AGE WAVES

by | Dec 14, 2018 | Brain, Excelify

The INFORMATION AGE sends waves and vibration through the world….and we usually catch that wave. Which is not always a good thing.

The brain is a conductor for electricity, composed of mostly fat and water.

We talked about myelin sheath earlier in the week and how it insulates our nerves, and runs throughout the brain.

If our nerves are not insulated well with myelin, it not only can slow the electrical signals, but it can make us sensitive to electro-magnetic fields (EMF). Electro magnetic fields are found in cell phones, WI-FI, cell towers, high intensity electric wiring, etc.

A healthy, fat-filled brain along with healthy myelin is more resistant to EMF.

EMF can be harmful because of the radiation effect on the brain, leading to chronic inflammation. This inflammation can affect every part of the body since it takes place in the central nervous system (CNS). The body regulates fat through different genes and metabolic pathways such as the ACAT pathway (research it out, cool stuff dealing with cholesterol and sugar regulation). I find that brain nutrition supports healthy myelin and brain tissue, making the body more resistant to EMF stress.

Suggestions:

  • Vitamin D3/K2
  • Vitamin C
  • Ginkgo biloba
  • DMAE
  • Phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylcholine
  • Acetyl L-Carnitine

I suggest turning off Wi-Fi and phones at night, but if you can’t, research the above nutrition and see if it can help!
