THOUGHTS FOR THE WEEKEND

According to the latest research I have done, the average American consumes over 100 pounds of sugar in one year.

It surprises me that conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, liver cirrhosis, obesity, bacterial infections, yeast overgrowth, skin rashes, autoimmune diseases, etc. have all been linked to high sugar consumption, and very little is taught in the educational system to show the adverse effects.

I believe we would see much less instances of these conditions in children and adults if they were limited in their sugar intake.

Education and self control is key. In my opinion, sugar addiction is on par with drug addiction. Sugar has a morphine type affect on the brain which gives a false sense of joy. Sugar is not bad in itself, but we have learned to overindulge in today’s world.

My challenge: knock out just dairy sugars or grain carbohydrates for 1 month and see the effects it will have on your body. You may be cranky for a week or so, but you will feel better overall…guarantee.

YOU BE YOU!

LETS MAKE HEALTH GREAT AGAIN!
