WALKING PNEUMONIA

Our first encounter with toxins usually occurs with our lungs. You can stop eating and drinking toxins but you really can’t stop breathing. The lungs take a beating each day. Whether it’s pesticides, paint fumes, new car smell, pollen, chemical fumes, viruses, bacteria, etc., our lungs have to filter out a ton of toxins. Just as the colon and bladder eliminate waste, the lungs do the same, they are just as important!

The lungs bring oxygen into the body. Anything that threatens that will hinder the bodies ability to produce energy in any fashion. You have to have oxygen in certain amounts because the body carries ALL its processes along with oxygen. The body absorbs it through small sacks called alveoli in the lungs where oxygen in the air jumps into our blood stream.

Here is how pneumonia can hinder your energy, very simply…When the infection gets into the lungs and alveoli, it can block the bodies ability to absorb oxygen from the air. One of the most invasive forms/causes of pneumonia is chlamydia pneumoniae. It is a bacteria and it is not the form of the STD.

Most pneumonia that affects the lungs is chlamydia, and you can get it from other individuals who have this lung infection. The infection causes the body to create high amounts of mucous, white blood cells, fluid, and immune killer cells to combat this infection in the lungs. When these cells “fill” up the lung, it decreases the open space in the lungs which was used for oxygen absorption.
